Over a period of more than 30 years, Norman has successfully completed multiple regional and national searches for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, tax and audit professionals, senior managers, high-level physicians, Big 4 partners, and finance and sales professionals.

His retained and contingency search background includes his experience helping for-profit and not-for-profit corporations identify talent and grow their businesses, having spent several years on the "other side" as a CEO, director of business development, and talent acquisition specialist. The combination of these roles enhances his understanding of client needs and wants.
